Exhibition Stand Rental for One-Off Shows
What Rental Includes
A Pixelmate Exhibition Co., Ltd. rental stand includes the structural system, standard lighting, basic furniture and installation and dismantling by Pixelmate Exhibition Co., Ltd. crew at the venue. What it does not include: graphics (briefed and produced separately, printed to your brand), speciality furniture beyond the standard inventory, AV beyond basic connections, or structural customisation to the rental frame. The distinction matters because graphics are still fully brand-specific even on a rental structure.
Lead Time — How Quickly It Can Be Delivered
Rental projects move faster than custom fabrication. For standard configurations — inline stands, corner stands, small island allocations — four to five weeks from confirmed brief to installed stand is achievable for most Bangkok shows. Projects with three weeks available are sometimes possible if the inventory configuration matches the requirement and graphics are straightforward. The graphics brief is the critical path item in most rental timelines, not the structural system.
Available Configurations
Rental inventory covers the common stand formats at Bangkok shows: inline stands with one aisle face, corner stands with two aisle faces, and small island configurations. Available sizes range from 9 sqm to around 36 sqm depending on the inventory and show schedule. Supply the organiser's floor plan and stand position type and we will identify which rental configurations fit the allocation.
Your Brand on a Rental Stand
Rental structure, your graphics on top. Fabric wall panels or rigid printed panels are produced to your brand guidelines and fitted to the rental frame. Photography, layout, colour and messaging are entirely yours. The result reads as a branded stand rather than a generic hire — because the panels, which are what visitors see, are not shared between users. The rental frame is shared; the brand applied to it is not.
When Rental Stops Being the Right Choice
Rental is the right format for one show. If you are exhibiting twice or more per year at similar sizes, the accumulated rental spend approaches the investment in a modular system that retains asset value. Rental also has structural limits: stands that require a specific bespoke configuration, a double-deck level or complex organiser structural submission are beyond what a rental system can provide. Be clear about the requirement before booking.

What Rental Cannot Do
No asset at the end
Rental cost is event expenditure, not capital investment. Nothing is retained after dismantling. If you exhibit the same show the following year, the rental spend restarts. Exhibitors who find themselves renting the same configuration repeatedly should review whether ownership makes better long-term economics.
Structural limits are fixed
Rental systems are standardised. Height, geometry and configuration are determined by the inventory, not by the client's preference. Exhibitors needing a specific structural form — a particular ceiling height, an integrated upper level, a non-rectangular footprint — need a custom build, not rental.
Graphics carry all the visual work
Because the structural system is standardised and shared, virtually all of the visual impact of a rental stand comes from the graphics. A rental project with strong graphic design consistently outperforms one with weak graphics more than the structural difference between rental and custom would suggest.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the minimum lead time for stand rental?
- Four to five weeks is the reliable minimum for a standard configuration with new graphics. Three weeks is sometimes possible if the inventory configuration is available immediately and the graphics brief is straightforward.
- Can I brand a rental stand as fully as a custom stand?
- Graphics-wise, yes. The structural system is standardised, but the wall panels, fascia and display surfaces are printed to your brand. Visitors experience your brand, not the rental inventory underneath it.
- What happens if I want to exhibit the same show next year?
- If you're planning to repeat, contact us before your show calendar is confirmed. We can assess whether building or converting to a modular system reduces total cost across two or more events compared to repeated rental.
- Does rental cover shows outside Bangkok?
- Rental from the Bangkok inventory is primarily for Bangkok trade shows. Shows elsewhere in Thailand may be possible depending on logistics. Shows outside Thailand use custom or modular stands rather than the rental fleet.
